Riley downgraded Cool Company (CLCO) to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $9.65, down from $11.50, after the company said it is in dvanced discussions regarding a potential transaction under which EPS Ventures would acquire all of the outstanding shares of CoolCo that are not already held by EPS in exchange for $9.65 in cash per common share.
