ConocoPhillips (COP) announced that it has applied to the Alberta Securities Commission, as principal regulator, and the Ontario Securities Commission for a joint order to cease to be a reporting issuer in all jurisdictions of Canada in which it is a reporting issuer. If the Order Sought is granted by the ASC and the OSC, ConocoPhillips will cease to be a reporting issuer in any jurisdiction in Canada.
