Comstock Resources (CRK) is selling its natural gas assets in Texas for about $430M to Citadel’s Apex Natural Gas, Devika Krishna Kumar of Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter. The deal is expected to close later this month, sources told Bloomberg.
