BTIG analyst Jake Fuller raised the firm’s price target on Compass (COMP) to $11 from $9 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Following Fed Chair Powell’s speech, residential real estate stocks were up big on improved visibility of a housing recovery thanks to the rising probability of rate cuts, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Compass also has massive recovery leverage through share gains and cost cutting, the firm added.
