Compass Minerals (CMP) has selected Amy Tills as its chief human resources officer. She is expected to start on Sept. 15 and will be responsible for leading the company’s global human resources team and driving its people strategy. “Amy’s experience guiding transformative work for organizations, along with her passion for positive employee engagement, makes her a great fit for our company,” said Edward C. Dowling Jr., president and CEO. “Amy is dedicated to collaborating across our organization as we focus on continuous improvement in all facets of our business.”
