Community Heritage says Brenda McComas to succeed Michael Hill as CRO

Community Heritage (CMHF) Financial announced the upcoming retirement of Michael Hill, a member of the executive leadership team. Effective April 1, 2026, Brenda McComas will assume the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, succeeding Michael Hill. In addition, Cody Hill, who currently serves as the Bank’s Senior Vice President, Director of Retail Banking, will step into the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, succeeding Brenda McComas.
