Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Community Healthcare (CHCT) to $19 from $20 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm is projecting moderate earnings growth going forward, adding, however, that leverage has been creeping up and the REIT would greatly benefit from a better cost of equity, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
