Commercial Metals raises quarterly dividend 11% to 20c from 18c per share

The board of directors of CMC declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 20c per share of CMC common stock, an increase of 2c, or 11%, from the dividend paid in February. CMC’s 246th consecutive quarterly dividend will be paid on April 15 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 6.
