JPMorgan lowered the firm’s price target on Colliers International (CIGI) to $142 from $167 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm reduced estimates for the commercial real estate services companies to reflect uncertainty playing out in the macro backdrop from tariffs and recession risk. However, the space should have a strong growth rate that is holding up versus the broader market, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
