Cohen & Steers reported preliminary assets under management of $87.5B as of April 30, 2025, a decrease of $70M from assets under management of $87.6B at March 31, 2025. The decrease was due to distributions of $151M and market depreciation of $60M, partially offset by net inflows of $141M.
