Cognizant (CTSH) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Astreya for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to the receipt of required regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
