Cognex (CGNX) announced that Matt Moschner, Cognex’s President and COO, will succeed Robert Willett as CEO on June 27. Willett, who became President and COO in 2010 and CEO in 2011, will continue to serve on Cognex’s Board of Directors. Moschner will join the Cognex Board effective June 27.
