On November 5, Cogent’s (CCOI) Board approved a regular quarterly dividend of 2c per share payable on December 8, 2025 to shareholders of record on November 21, 2025. Cogent’s previous dividend was $1.02. Cogent also announced that it will be temporarily pausing its stock buyback program.
