Cogent increases quarterly dividend 1% to $1.01 per share

Cogent’s (CCOI) board approved a regular quarterly dividend of $1.01 per share payable on March 28 to shareholders of record on March 13. This first quarter regular dividend represents an increase of 1c per share, or 1%, from the fourth quarter 2024 regular dividend of 99.5c per share and an annual increase of 4.1% from the first quarter 2024 dividend of 96.5c per share.
