Cogent’s (CCOI) board approved a regular quarterly dividend of $1.02 per share payable on September 5 to shareholders of record on August 21. This third quarter regular dividend represents an increase of 0.5% from the second quarter regular dividend per share and an annual increase of 3% from the third quarter 2024 dividend per share.
