Coeptis files registration statement for proposed Z Squared transaction

Coeptis Therapeutics (COEP) announced the filing of a registration statement on Form S-4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission related to the Company’s previously announced and proposed definitive merger agreement with Z Squared. The Form S-4 includes a preliminary proxy statement/prospectus regarding the proposed transaction. The registration statement has not yet become effective, and the information contained therein is subject to change.
