Codere Online (CDRO) announced that Marcus Arildsson has been appointed CFO, effective November 17. Arildsson will succeed Oscar Iglesias, who, as part of the previously announced transition, will assist with an orderly handover and is expected to join the company’s Board of Directors, subject to the approval of shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for December 1st. Arildsson is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of international experience across investment banking, equity markets and corporate finance.
