On November 17th, the Company’s board of directors appointed Marcus Arildsson as CFO. Arildsson is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of international experience across investment banking, equity markets and corporate finance. Arildsson will succeed Oscar Iglesias, who is expected to join the Board, subject to the approval of shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for December 1st.
