CN Energy Group announced that on February 2, 2024, it received notification from the Nasdaq Office of General Counsel stating that the company had regained compliance with the bid price requirement as set forth in Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). As a result, the scheduled hearing before the Hearings Panel on March 26, 2024 had been canceled and the matter was closed. The company’s Class A ordinary shares will continue to be listed and traded on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker “CNEY.”
