RBC Capital analyst Matthew Hedberg raised the firm’s price target on Cloudflare (NET) to $155 from $140 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The company delivered a strong quarter with enterprise momentum as the highlight, including a record $130M five-year Workers-led deal that closed in under a month and a seven-year $12.7M SASE win vs. next-gen peers, the analyst tells investors in a research note. RBC adds that there was no growth deceleration vs. Q4 and no signs of macro pressures.
