In the opening hour of the evening session, U.S. equity futures are trading little changed in spite of the headlines citing China Trade Negotiator Li and U.S. Commerce Secretary Lutnick that the two sides have reached a framework for implementation of the Geneva trade pact. June S&P’s are at 6,045, Nasdaq 100 futures are at 21,967, and Dow Industrials are just above 42,900. In commodities, WTI Crude Oil is consolidating recent gains with a retreat below $65 per barrel despite the third consecutive week of inventory draw in crude stocks as reported by API, while Gold and Silver are little changed around $3,340 and $36.70 per ounce.
