JPMorgan analyst Bill Peterson lowered the firm’s price target on Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF) to $10 from $13 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm adjusted targets in the North America steel group as part of a Q1 preview. It believes “tight” supply amid “mixed demand” will be supportive of the sector.
