Morgan Stanley downgraded Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) to Equal Weight from Overweight with a price target of $24.55, down from $27, after the company reached an agreement to be acquired by an investor group led by Permira and Warburg Pincus for $24.55 per share in cash. The go-shop period expired on Friday, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
