Clean Energy Technologies (CETY) entered into a Letter of Intent with Lease Advisory Group to serve as the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contractor for multiple Battery Energy Storage System projects in New York. The projects, located across New York State, represent a significant milestone for CETY’s clean energy infrastructure business. The Company anticipates that each site is expected to integrate 5MW / 20MWh of energy storage, paired with rooftop solar and electric vehicle charging loads. These systems will be designed to generate revenue through New York State’s Value of Distributed Energy Resources program and ancillary grid services, while also supporting reliability, resilience, and decarbonization of the state’s power grid. Under the LOI, CETY will provide a full scope of EPC services, including: Planning, preliminary and detailed engineering design; Procurement of equipment, materials, and services; Construction, installation, quality control, testing, and commissioning; Compliance with prevailing wage, domestic content, and other regulatory requirements
