Civista Bancshares (CIVB) announced the promotion of Robert Katitus to senior VP and chief lending officer. In this role, Katitus will serve as a member of Civista’s executive leadership team and will report directly to Charles Parcher, president of Civista Bank. Katitus succeeds Parcher as chief lending officer following Parcher’s appointment as president of Civista Bank earlier this year. In addition to his new role at Civista Bancshares, Katitus has also been named senior VP and chief lending officer of Civista Bank.
