Civeo (CVEO) appointed Jeffrey Scofield and Daniel Silvers to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Silvers’ and Scofield’s appointments are made in conjunction with a cooperation agreement that the company has reached with Engine Capital and certain of its affiliates.
