Jefferies analyst David Chiaverini raised the firm’s price target on Citizens Financial (CFG) to $80 from $70 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares following what the firm calls a “solid” Q4 report and “strong outlook” for 2026. The company now expects a Q4 of 2027 net interest margin of 3.3%-3.5%, up from the prior 3.25%-3.50% range, and management further detailed its “Reimagine the Bank” initiative, projecting $450M of run-rate savings by 2028, the analyst tells investors.
