Citizens Financial price target lowered to $43 from $51 at Truist

Truist lowered the firm’s price target on Citizens Financial (CFG) to $43 from $51 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. Post earnings, the firm lowered its 2025 and 2026 EPS estimates by about 1%, now at $3.75 and $5.05, respectively, and is also reducing its one-year-out target multiple to reflect a higher recession risk.
