Citi’s (C) Strata Elite credit card launched over the summer and was meant to mark the company’s re-entry into the premium-card market, but instead customers are facing issues accessing their account, Imani Moise of The Wall Street Journal reports. Customers are saying they have been locked out of their accounts for weeks, unable to use the card to make purchases or redeem rewards.
