Citi upgraded Constellation Brands (STZ) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $175, up from $155. Beer scanner data has improved ahead the summer season, the analyst tells investors in a research note. In addition, Citi says Constellation’s compares remain easy through 2026 as the company cycles through the beer category weakness of last year. Citi cites the stock’s historically low valuation levels and Constellation’s improved sales trends for the upgrade.
