Citi upgraded SK Telecom (SKM) to Neutral from Sell with a price target of KRW 77,000, up from KRW 48,000. The firm believes risks around weak shareholder returns have now been realized and “with the worst being over” it is now positive on a recovery of profitability back to normalized levels for the core telco business, the analyst tells investors.
