Citi keeps a Buy rating on Constellation Energy (CEG) after Reuters reported the Crane grid connection is being delayed from 2027 to 2031. Citi says that barring a major development in the last few days, plant workers or Constellation’s regulatory team do not appear to be expecting a meaningful delay to the 2027 restart.
