Citi analyst Craig Mailman downgraded Tanger (SKT) to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $35, down from $38. The firm sees better upside in shares of Curbline Properties (CURB) and Acadia Realty Trust (AKR). Citi adjusted ratings in the real estate investment trust space, favoring companies with “outsized” earnings growth.
