Citi didn’t interview women who complained about wealth head, FT reports

Citi (C)group’s investigation into misconduct allegations against its wealth head, Andy Sieg, concluded without interviewing several senior women who had raised concerns or left the bank, prompting doubts about the probe’s credibility, The Financial Times’ Akila Quinio reports. The inquiry, led by law firm Paul Weiss, followed complaints of bullying and intimidation but resulted in Citi reaffirming support for Sieg, a potential successor to CEO Jane Fraser.
