CIMG announced that it has entered into a sales contract for computing power equipment via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongyan Shangyue Technology, with a well-known commercial bank in China. The contract, which is now officially signed and effective, has a value of approximately USD 106.5 million, inclusive of tax, subject to the purchaser’s inspection and acceptance of the computing power equipment.
