Ciena (CIEN) announced the appointment of Marc Graff as senior VP and CFO effective August 1. Reporting to president and CEO Gary Smith as a member of the executive leadership team, he will be based at Ciena’s corporate headquarters in Maryland. Before joining Ciena, he served as senior VP and CFO at Altera Corporation.
