Infleqtion announced the completion of its previously announced business combination with Churchill Capital Corp X (CCCX), a special purpose acquisition company. Churchill X, whose shares of common stock, warrants and units were listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has delisted from Nasdaq, and shares of common stock and warrants of the post-combination company, Infleqtion, Inc. (INFQ), are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange beginning on February 17, 2026, under the ticker symbol “INFQ.”
