China Green receives NYSE notice regarding late 10-Q filing

China Green Agriculture, announced that, as a result of its failure to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 3 n a timely fashion, it has received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange that the Company was not in compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing requirements under the timely filing criteria established in Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.
