Chimera raises quarterly dividend to 45c from 37c per share

The Board of Directors of Chimera (CIM) Investment announced the declaration of its first quarter cash dividend of 45c per common share, an increase from its fourth quarter 2025 cash dividend of 37c. The dividend is payable on April 30 to common stockholders of record on March 31. The ex-dividend date is March 31.
