Citi analyst Steven Zaccone raised the firm’s price target on Chewy (CHWY) to $42 from $40 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company’s Q4 earnings demonstrated strength again in the fundamentals of the business and Chewy issued a solid guide for 2025, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says sales momentum continues with Chewy gaining market share based on its steady auto-ship business, while customer count inflected to positive low-single-digit growth. Citi views this as a “key driver for the growth story to get back on track.”
