Chevron (CVX) has been working with investment bankers at Bank of America (BAC) in recent weeks to solicit potential interest in a collection of pipeline assets in the Denver-Julesburg shale basin that are likely to be valued at more than $2B, people familiar with the matter told Reuters’ David French.
