Jefferies analyst Lloyd Byrne raised the firm’s price target on Chevron (CVX) to $189 from $174 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm, which expects Chevron to report adjusted EPS of $1.45, or about 2% higher than consensus, expects investors to focus on developments in Venzuela, TCO production, an El Segundo fire update, and the gas-to-AI outlook, the analyst says in a preview.
