Chesapeake Utilities (CPK) announced that executive vice president and CFO Beth Cooper will retire on June 30, following 36 years with the company. Senior vice president and COO Jeff Sylvester, who began his career with Chesapeake Utilities in 2004 serving in finance and business development roles, will succeed Cooper, effective July 1.
