Jefferies analyst Sam Burwell raised the firm’s price target on Cheniere Energy (LNG) to $288 from $282 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm cites the company’s FID for CCL3 Train 8-9 and capital allocation update, noting that Cheniere plans to simultaneously execute on advantaged growth while also deleveraging and increasing shareholder returns. The market reception of this approach has also been positive, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
