The Chemours (CC) Company announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Independent Director Mary Cranston as Chair of the Board and Alister Cowan to the role of Lead Independent Director, effective September 2, 2025. These appointments follow the departure of Dawn Farrell, who has accepted a position with the Canadian government as the Chief Executive Officer of the newly created Major Projects Office under the Building Canada Act.
