Cheer Holding receives Nasdaq notice on minimum bid price deficiency

Cheer Holding (CHR) announced that on October 16, it received a notice from Nasdaq indicating the company is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share. The notice has no current effect on the listing or trading of the company’s securities. The company has a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until April 14, 2026, to regain compliance by having its closing bid price at or above $1.00 for a minimum of ten consecutive business days.
