Charter’s Spectrum Reach unit acquires ShowSeeker

Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales business of Charter (CHTR) Communications, announced it has completed the acquisition of ShowSeeker, a provider of a cloud-based order management system. “The acquisition will help evolve the media buying process for advertisers and bolster Spectrum Reach’s delivery of innovative marketing solutions to its clients across the United States,” the company stated.
