Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Charter (CHTR) to $320 from $315 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. Charter’s quarter was largely in line or better on most performance indicators and its strategy now appears to be a template for others in the industry, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
