CGI announces Julie Godin as chair, Serge Godin as co-chair

Julie Godin was appointed executive chair of the CGI (GIB) board of directors, effective after its annual general meeting of shareholders. In conjunction with Godin’s appointment, CGI founder Serge Godin will assume the role of board co-chair and continue to focus on acquisitions for CGI and on large-scale engagements with clients.
