Certara reaffirms FY25 revenue guidance $415M-$425M, consensus $419.97M

Certara (CERT) is reiterating its guidance for the full year 2025: Full year 2025 revenue to be in the range of $415 million to $425 million. Full year adjusted EBITDA margin to be in the range of 30-32%. Full year adjusted diluted earnings per share is expected to be in the range of $0.42 – $0.46, consensus 45c. Fully diluted shares are expected to be in the range of 162 million to 164 million.
